Do I get a Static IP address?
Yes, absolutely. For R99 per month extra, you can get a Public Static IPv4 address. We have plenty in stock, so go ahead and treat yourself.
Do I earn any OpenWeb Reward Points for my Fibre purchase?
Definitely. We hook you up with 1 point for every R10 you spend every single month. Use your reward points to get future discounts on your connection, offset the costs of a second line or maybe grab a 4G/5G connection from us for your remote work. You can even convert your reward points to South African Airways Voyager Miles. We are working on a dedicated rewards page that will allow you to choose what reward you would like. We will be adding more rewards as our program grows.
Is this true Unlimited data?
Yes it is. We do not care how much data you use. Go at it. Have fun. You can use as much data as you like, we will never throttle or shape you in any way. This is what makes our Fibre stand out from the rest. We install a Premium line for all clients. Ask our 1000+ happy clients about it. We sold over 1000 of these lines through our valued resellers and they are very happy to say the least. We vowed that we will not sell Fibre until we have full control over every aspect of the connection. We have now finally developed a product that meets our extremely high standards.
What speed will I get on my Fibre line?
With the technology we use to get you connected and the fact that we do not contend your line, you should get speeds pretty close to what you have purchased, if you connect to your router using a LAN cable. Wifi speeds vary based off of how far you are from the router, the receiving device and so forth. This is why we advertise the product as ‘up to x Mbps’. But rest assured, we sold over 1000 of these lines via our resellers and they are extremely happy. Clients do not want to cancel as we are one of the only providers that focus on giving you enterprise grade fibre but only charging a consumer based price.
