Where can I download the different device clients?
Do you guarantee the safety of my files?
We have setup a robust network build on a Node based environment. All data is encrypted and replicated on the cloud. However, is important to note that this is not an Enterprise grade service but a made for consumer product. In the highly unlikely event that there is data loss, OpenWeb takes no liability for any data loss in any way shape or form, as per our Terms of Service.
What happens if my plan is downgraded?
We will keep your files for up to 7 days, after which we will remove, at random, files that exceed your limit. It is advised to always ensure you have enough space allocated to you.
Are my files encrypted?
Yes. All files are encrypted using the latest encryption technology available.
Do you guarantee my files are backed up?
No. This services is offered on a “best-effort” consumer based service level. OpenWeb and its partners take no responsibility for any lost data.
