What is a Golden Number?
A Golden Number is an easy to remember number, eg 0816060601 or 0812323234.
Why do I need a Golden Number?
There are many reasons why you may want to use one of our Golden Numbers. Perhaps you are running a Business and would like an easy to remember number to give to your clients. Maybe you would like to stand out from the crowd and have a rare, Golden number. The choice is yours – all we can tell you is that they are being snapped up fast – and once they are all issued, we do not know when we will have new stock arrive. Do not lose out!
What is the Data FUP on the Unlimited Prime Mobile package?
The PRIME data package offers Full speed, unshaped access until you reach 50GB after which you will be placed into a ‘heavy user pool’. You will then be contending with other heavy users for a smaller portion of the network, which could result in a dramatic speed drop if there are many people in the pool.
Usage is reset on the 1st of each month when you will automatically be removed from the pool and normal, unshaped speeds will be re-instated.
You do have the option of loading additional topup data bundles for a fee to your service once you are in the ‘heavy user pool’, which will restore your speed until the topup data is depleted, or until usage is reset on the 1st of the month, whichever comes first.
At no point will you be billed out of bundle rates, or disconnected via a hardcap.
What is the All Network Call Minutes FUP on the Unlimited Prime Mobile package?
There is no set FUP for calls. However, this service has been designed for consumer and small business use. When used for its intended purpose, all will be well in the world. If we detect an unusually large volume of calls that resemble call centre, enterprise or similar use we will contact you to upgrade your package.
*Will all calls, locally and internationally be Unlimited on these plans?
Only National calls are unlimited to most networks. There is a small list of VOIP providers and Premium numbers which are not included. You will however not be billed when you call these numbers, instead you will be informed of the fact that it is not an included number. You can load a small amount of Telkom airtime to your SIM to cover the cost of these numbers if you would like.

How long will it take for my Mobile sim to be delivered?
