What is your FUP (Fair Usage Policy)

Does your MTN Fixed LTE product have a Fair Usage Policy?

Most packages do not have an FUP.  Check the product description whether your product has a limit.

Do I get a Public IP or am I behind a firewall which will mess up my gaming?

Our MTN Fixed LTE product offers every client their own Dynamic Public IP address and access to our Unrestricted APN.

Unlike other ISP’s. we do not assign you an internal IP address.  This will negatively affect your streaming, gaming, VPN’s etc.  We cannot believe they even do this without advertising this limitation.

I have used up my data, can I topup?

What happens when I move? Can I use my LTE service at another location?

If you move location, we would need to issue you with a new SIM card registered at your new address, subject to coverage.

How long will it take for my Fixed LTE to be delivered?

Within 7 business days, provided payment has cleared (stock dependant)

Can I upgrade or downgrade my service?

Yes. All Fixed LTE packages can be upgraded or downgraded via your Client Control Panel. Note that package changes will only be effective on the 1st of the following month, regardless of when in the month the request is made or whether it is an upgrade or downgrade. This is a restriction from our provider.

What speed will I get on the MTN Fixed LTE Wifi service?

Speed is reliant on your coverage and which router you use. If your coverage is great, you will get great speeds. On Average users get between around 10Mbps and 50Mbps speeds.
