What is the FUP for Telkom One Business's Unlimited Telkom Minutes?
Generally, there is no limit, however, if we detect that a user is using large quantities of these minutes that do not fall in line with the average percentile of users, we will contact the user to rectify the issue. If the abuse continues, we reserve the right to terminate the service.
What are Telkom to Telkom Calling Minutes?
These minutes will allow you to call any Telkom Fixed Line or Mobile phone on the Telkom network using its own minute bundle, so it will not take minutes from your All Network Calling bundle.
Am I Guaranteed to be on the Telkom Network?
Yes, our Telkom One Deals offer you pure Premium Telkom Mobile access with no location locks and it roams on Vodacom and MTN when you are outside of a Telkom coverage area.
What happens when I move? Can I use my Mobile service at another location?
The great thing about the Mobile Data Wifi SIM is that you can literally use it anywhere in South Africa where there is coverage. It is a truly mobile service.
What speed will I get on the Mobile Data SIM?
Speed is reliant on your coverage and which router or phone (device) you use. If your coverage is great, you will get great speeds. On Average users on 4G get between around 10Mbps and 50Mbps speeds. If you have a 5G router or phone and are within an 5G coverage zone, you can get theoretical speeds of up to 200Mbps!
