How to access the Mweb Customer Portal
Mweb's online account is the place to manage your service, make payments, download invoices and update account details. The current login screen offers OTP Login and Email/Username options. Start with the method that matches the details registered on your account.

Opens the provider's official website in a new tab. OpenWeb does not collect your login details.
Before you start
- Your registered mobile number or email address
- Your master account username and password if using password login
- Access to your registered phone for any OTP verification
Log in to your Mweb account
Open Mweb's official login
Go to www.mweb.co.za and choose Log In, or open my.mweb.co.za using the button above. Check that you are on the genuine Mweb domain.
Choose OTP Login or Email/Username
For OTP Login, enter the mobile number or email address registered on your account and select Log In. Follow the on-screen verification prompts. For password access, choose Email/Username and use your master account credentials.
Complete account verification
If Mweb asks you to choose Full Access, select it and complete the OTP check. Keep access to the phone number registered on the account. Never send a one-time PIN to someone offering to log in for you.
Open the account task you need
After signing in, choose the relevant service, invoice, payment or account-details option. Read any change or payment confirmation carefully before submitting it.
Recover your Mweb account login
Mweb's official guide recommends checking the original SMS containing your master account login details. Use Forgot Password? on the official login flow if you cannot remember the password. A mailbox password or router password may not be your master account password.
If the registered mobile number is no longer yours, ask Mweb to help verify ownership and update it. Do not register a duplicate account simply to get around an OTP problem. Describe which login method you tried and whether the code failed to arrive or was rejected.
Mweb login on mobile: practical checks
When switching between your browser and SMS app, keep the original login tab open. Check that you have entered the latest code and that your device has a working connection. A password manager may fill an old account automatically, so review the username before submitting.
If a login page keeps returning to the start, try a private browsing window. Avoid repeatedly guessing passwords. Close the session when finished on a borrowed device and never include a password or OTP in a support screenshot.
Common questions
Where can I find my Mweb invoices?
Sign in to Mweb's online account and use its invoice options. The current portal explicitly supports downloading invoices and making payments.
Is Mweb webmail the same as the customer portal?
No. Webmail is for reading email; the customer portal manages your provider account. Start with the official online-account link for billing and service management.
Can I use the Mweb app instead?
Mweb also documents mobile-app access with registered contact details or account credentials. Install apps through links from Mweb's own website and follow the app's verification prompts.
