What is your FUP (Fair Usage Policy)
Each package highlights its unique FUP. OpenWeb offers the most generous FUP limits on the market. An FUP is in place on some packages to protect the networks speed and guarantee a quality experience for all users.
Which routers are compatible on MTN Premium?
We do not impose any router restrictions on our MTN Premium Data SIMs. Use any router that supports 4G or 5G access.
Does your MTN Fixed LTE product have a Fair Usage Policy?
The FUP of each product is listed on our pricing table. OpenWeb offers the highest FUP values in South Africa! Compared to other Unlimited Wifi Data deals, you will love the speed you can achieve with out product.
Do I get a Public IP or am I behind a firewall which will mess up my gaming?
Our MTN Fixed LTE product offers every client their own Dynamic Public IP address and access to our Unrestricted APN.
Unlike other ISP’s. we do not assign you an internal IP address. This will negatively affect your streaming, gaming, VPN’s etc. We cannot believe they even do this without advertising this limitation.

These SIMS are not locked to any address. You can use them nationwide.

What speed will I get on the MTN Premium Data SIM?
Speed is reliant on the package you choose. Some Full Speed clients achieve up to 300Mbos using a 5G router on our Full Speed packages.
