Vodacom can only allow devices which have been network approved by Vodacom. This range of devices includes:

Does your Vodacom Fixed 4G/5G product have a Fair Usage Policy?
The FUP of each product is listed on our pricing table. OpenWeb offers the highest FUP values in South Africa! Compared to other Unlimited Wifi Data deals, you will love the speed you can achieve with out product.
What happens when I move? Can I use my LTE service at another location?
If you move location, we would need to issue you with a new SIM card registered at your new address, subject to coverage.
How long will it take for my Fixed LTE to be delivered?
Within 7 business days, provided payment has cleared (stock dependant)
Can I upgrade or downgrade my service?
Yes. All Fixed LTE packages can be upgraded or downgraded via your Client Control Panel. Note that package changes will only be effective on the 1st of the following month, regardless of when in the month the request is made or whether it is an upgrade or downgrade. This is a restriction from our provider.
What speed will I get on the Vodacom Fixed 4G/5G Wifi service?
Speed is reliant on your coverage and which router you use. If your coverage is great, you will get great speeds. On Average users get between around 10Mbps and 300Mbps
